Since being established in 1999, Pythagoras have delivered tailored and integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics platform to a range of leading organisations.
During that time, they have continued to grow and adapt in line with market trends and industry growth. The latest chapter of that growth involves broadening their offering to include SharePoint, Office 365 and Yammer. The acquisition elevates Pythagoras to one of the largest and most trusted providers of Microsoft technologies in the UK.
But what does the acquisition mean for Creative Sharepoint’s new and existing customers? Whilst the Creative Sharepoint brand will remain unchanged, it’s customers will benefit in many new ways:
As the name would suggest, Creative Sharepoint have traditionally empowered customers by delivering services and solutions on the SharePoint platform.
But, as anyone familiar with Microsoft’s Enterprise products will tell you, they work better together. That is why the Creative Sharepoint team have always continued to broaden their skillsets and offerings to include new and complimentary solutions, such as Office 365 and Yammer. This breadth of expertise has allowed Creative Sharepoint to deploy increasingly diverse, integrated and effective solutions for their clients.
By combining this expertise with Pythagoras’ knowledge and experience of the Dynamics CRM platform, the two brands are able to offer an unrivalled breadth and depth of services and solutions across the Microsoft stack.
As Creative Sharepoint have grown, so has their geographical reach. The team’s client base spans much of the UK, and more recently, extends into Europe and beyond. Following the acquisition, Creative Sharepoint will now have a presence not only in Sweden (Stockholm) and the UK South East (Maidenhead), but also in London (Central) and the UK Midlands (Birmingham).
This new geographical coverage will provide new levels of convenience and flexibility for our clients across the UK.
Finally, the acquisition provides a unique opportunity for Creative Sharepoint to mature some of their service offerings, most notably support.
Whilst Creative Sharepoint have always offered support packages for SharePoint, Office 365 and Yammer solutions, a dedicated support desk will enable those offerings to mature, providing customers with faster responses, greater visibility and better value for money.
