A major takeaway was to leverage the power of Azure. For example use Azure Machine learning to predict the future based on data analysis! Let Azure do the heavy processing and let CRM do what CRM does best.

3. Extended SLA

SLA functionality will now be available on all entities not just for cases.

4. Enhanced Designer for Business Process Flows

Microsoft to include extra intelligence when using business process flows, including how long we spend in each process stage.

5. Sync Offline CRM Content for Mobile

Excellent for those of you on the move.

6. Portals part of CRM

Build portals in CRM with enhanced CMS (point and click), includes a responsive design, all of which is highly scalable. 4 example portals will be included for: Partner, Customer Service, Self Service and Internal Support.

By using Bing we are able to surface real-time account information in CRM per account record and show via a timeline.
