Dynamics CRM Ideas: A New Portal for your Suggestions & Feedback to Microsoft

Microsoft have just launched a new ‘ideas’ based service to replace the old Connect feedback site, where Dynamics CRM users can submit ideas and requests for change; add comments, and vote for existing ones in the portal.
Derived from the technology Microsoft acquired from Adxstudio in October last year (see the announcement here), the ideas components form part of the CRM Portals add-on product. Users can quickly deploy the add-on product through their CRM portal to start engaging with their customers; get feedback on their products and services, and receive ideas to consider for incorporation into product development roadmaps. Those working in the public sector can use the CRM Portal ‘ideas’ feature to get feedback and conduct consultations on major new initiatives and service enhancements.
