Pythagoras Implements Microsoft CRM at DLS
Pythagoras chosen to implement Microsoft CRM
to the Disability Law Service
April 2008 - Pythagoras Communications, a leading European
provider of integrated business software solutions, will provide
Professional Services to implement Microsoft CRM to the Disability
Law Service (DLS). DLS chose Pythagoras over two other partners to
do the actual CRM implementation.
The DLS will primarily be using CRM for legal advice enquiries /
client management, and Microsoft CRM will allow them to consolidate
additional databases into one single centralised database, e.g.
fundraising and service development. This means that they will have
greater visibility of client interaction, work more efficiently
internally and provide a more cohesive client service. They will
also be utilising Workflow within Microsoft CRM to automate a
number of processes.
As an extension to their CRM system, DLS are looking to
integrate Microsoft CRM and their website to handle all online
legal advice enquiries.
