Pythagoras announces software agreement with Miller Insurance Services Limited
Pythagoras to implement their customised Microsoft Dynamics CRM
for Financial Services - London (UK), April 20th 2010:
Pythagoras Communications can today announce an agreement to
provide Miller Insurance Services Limited with a customised
Financial Services solution for Direct & Intermediated business
engagements across their global operations.
"Pythagoras focused on our individual needs, suggesting specific
market solutions to meet our key business objectives opposed to a
generic approach experienced through other Microsoft Partners; they
also worked at a pace which really suited us in building our
business case" said Alison Stock, Head of Marketing &
Communications at Miller Insurance Services Ltd.
Having previously used another client management software
package which provided only basic functionality and a host of
inconsistencies Alison Stock described the rationale behind the
switch to a Microsoft based solution; "Microsoft CRM offers us a
familiar environment with seamless integration to the Microsoft
Office Suite including Outlook which will enhance user adoption.
Furthermore, the industry standards of Microsoft combined with
Pythagoras' pragmatic approach and experience in our sector, will
allow us greater consistency and efficiency in relation to data
management along with a myriad of benefits including enhancing our
cross selling and up selling capabilities."
Miller Insurance Services Limited will utilise the
implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to further enhance its
heritage and reputation as major player in the market through
shared knowledge, visibility and enhanced client understanding
& management to support its growth strategies and generate new
business opportunities within existing clients and prospects.
Headquartered in London with over 500 staff and established in
1902, Miller Insurance Services is one of the leading independent
specialist commercial insurance and reinsurance brokers operating
at Lloyd's and internationally with locations including Malaysia,
