Project Management
Pythagoras believes that to ensure a project is completed
successfully, on time and to budget a structured and scalable
methodology needs to be followed for all projects, regardless of
the size, complexity or product.
To this end we developed a project methodology that is based on
the principals of PRINCE2. We use the ethos of the management by
exception principal, and follow the project through a series of
stages and phases with end of stage assessments.
This ensures that the projects main objectives are constantly
reviewed against progress, the budget is controlled and the risks
and issues are logged and mitigated.
The project manager will manage and oversee the following areas
during the implementation:
- Project Initiation and Statement of Work definition
- Communications Plans, Risks and Issue Management
- Project Budget
- Solution reviews
- Stakeholder Management
- Business Change Management
- Support Handover
