Pythagoras support portal
The Support Portal enables customers with support contracts to
create and manage their company's tickets online. This has several
benefits:
- Enables customers to quickly initiate new support tickets and
immediately receive an automated ticket number
- The ability to read ticket details and updates on their open
tickets
- The ability to post updates and upload attachments allowing the
user to have direct input throughout the troubleshooting
process
- Access to the latest product news and knowledgebase
articles.
