SalesCentric’s new add-on for Microsoft DynamicsTM CRM is its Relationship Charts, which will revolutionize how you see accounts. Your accounts will no longer be meaningless lists of contact names. The image below represents the hierarchical relationships of a decision-making unit relative to a sales opportunity. Each of the icons are selected by right clicking and selecting their values. These values are customisable by the administrator to mean whatever they define.

This is a separately available Add-on Module that you can purchase with Sage CRM, Microsoft CRM and SalesLogix.
