The Support Portal enables customers with support contracts to create and manage their company’s tickets online. This has several benefits:

  • Enables customers to quickly initiate new support tickets and immediately receive an automated ticket number
  • The ability to read ticket details and updates on their open tickets
  • The ability to post updates and upload attachments allowing the user to have direct input throughout the troubleshooting process
  • Access to the latest product news and knowledgebase articles.

Jonathan Langley, Pythagoras Support Manager, has been monitoring the introduction of the support service and says, "This new service has been set up following feedback from our customers and allows a user to track the status of an issue in real-time. It has greatly facilitated communication and has improved the perception of our support service.”
