Pythagoras Adds Matchcode for Microsoft DynamicsTM CRM From Capscan to Portfolio

25 March 2009 – Capscan, a leading supplier of international address management solutions and data integrity services, today announced that the Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, Pythagoras, has added the Matchcode for Microsoft Dynamics CRM plug-in software application to its product portfolio. Pythagoras has already sold Capscan’s new software to the City of London University.

Matchcode for Microsoft Dynamics CRM improves data quality for all users of the CRM solution. Whether at the contact centre, or across sales and marketing departments it significantly improves customer communication, ensuring all correspondence is correctly addressed. The plug-in greatly enhances operational efficiency and lowers costs by cutting the time to capture a full and valid address, whilst reducing the associated cost of wasted mailings.

Launched by Capscan in February 2009, Matchcode for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a seamless plug-in that provides a fast real-time look-up, to return a full address from a postcode or partial address. It ensures only accurate and verified address information (validated against the Royal Mail Postcode Address File of 28.2 million UK addresses) is captured and stored within Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales and Customer Service environments. This information can be even further enriched with additional data sets including commercial, lifestyle, LEA, constituency and Geocode data, available from Capscan.
