How to Embed a PowerPoint Slide Deck into a SharePoint Page
It is surprisingly easy to embed a PowerPoint slide deck into a SharePoint Online page. It’s a great way to bring SharePoint sites to life with additional content, diagrams, and so forth. Here is how to do it:
Upload the deck to a SharePoint site document library
Click on the file to open it in the browser
Here’s the good bit! In the top right, click on the ellipsis and choose “Embed”
You’ll now get a choice of sizes:
Choose the size you want and copy the Embed Code. Note that the URL includes the dimensions, should you wish to specify your own.
Go to your SharePoint site, edit the page, and insert a content editor web part:
From the top right dropdown of the web part, choose “Edit Web Part”
Click in the web part then choose “Edit Source” in the ribbon:
Paste in the Embed Code you copied earlier, then click “Ok”
In the content editor panel on the right, set the title and chrome type you desire for the web part, then click “Ok”, then save the page. All done!
