Pythagoras and Hart Square announce event series for not for profit organisations
Pythagoras and Hart Square are excited to announce a new series of NfP events, designed to provide a platform to discuss key issues, successes and challenges in digital transformation in the not for profit and membership sector.
During each roundtable event, you will meet other organisations who are undertaking a similar digital programme of work, from running a CRM project, to managing compliance with data protection or learning about new technology releases and the Microsoft Roadmap. Our experts will be on hand to guide you through various agenda points, share advice and answer questions during these open discussions.
The first three events scheduled are:
GDPR in NfP- How technology can support compliance
21st February – London
The series will begin with a discussion about GDPR, which will discuss the roles and responsibilities of your organisation, how you can plan for the introduction of the new data protection act, and some practical steps you can take to support compliance.
We will discuss some examples of how we have enhanced our customers’ CRM environments to support their data protection requirements, and will take you through the Office 365 Compliance Manager- a Microsoft tool designed to simplify the management of your policies.
The second event in our series will focus on delivering a successful CRM project in NfP and Membership.
In a recent survey by Hart Square, 40% of NfP organisations surveyed said that their CRM project had ‘limited success’, or ‘failed to meet expectations’, and 60% noted that their project was not delivered on time.
Using our combined sector experience, Pythagoras and Hart Square will advise on how you can increase the success of your project, including gathering requirements, choosing a partner, managing the organisational change and ensuring that your solution matches your requirements.
This will be the third instalment of our ‘Evolution of Digital’ events. These events share customer stories, discussions and demos about adopting digital technology in the NfP sector. You’ll hear about how you can:
