Pythagoras launches Evolve LRG™

Pythagoras is delighted to announce the launch of Evolve LRG, a new intelligent digital platform for local government, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure. The platform pulls disparate data together and delivers a personalised and informed experience to customers, thereby equipping the council with a platform for the future.

The severity and likely duration of austerity, alongside an increasing demand for public services, has meant that local government needs to drive significant savings whilst reducing pressure on council services, and improving the community of care offered to customers.

Furthermore, the expectation of service levels has been set by customer experiences with organisations in the private sector, underlined by figures stating 44% of customers would prefer more council services to be available online and only 25% believe their council is embracing the opportunities new technologies offer for better public services.
