The World Federation selects Pythagoras to deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365
The World Federation of Khoja Shia Ithna-Asheri Muslim Communities (TWF) has spent the last 40 years undertaking humanitarian provisions to bring about self-sufficiency within the developing world, including providing access to water, healthcare and education for all. In addition to these humanitarian projects, TWF works across the world to spread the true message of Islam as a religion that emphasises peace and upholding human values.
TWF recognised that in order to stand out in the charity landscape, they needed to update their fundraising platform and take advantage of digital ways of communicating to support donor retention and growth. This led TWF to start the procurement process for a comprehensive fundraising solution that could support the marketing, fundraising, reporting and volunteer management needs across all digital and traditional channels. Keen to work with an organisation that specialises in delivering complex CRM and digital marketing solutions to not-for-profit organisations, TWF approached Pythagoras as a potential supplier.
During the procurement process, it became clear the Microsoft Dynamics 365 was the perfect fit for TWF’s requirements due to its ability to provide a holistic view of all donor and volunteer information, its available integrations with other solutions for comprehensive email marketing, and its baked-in adherence to data protection regulations such as GDPR. The platform will also provide workflows and reporting to increase staff efficiency, and will connect seamlessly to online donations to deliver a great user experience for both donors and staff.
Shan E Abbas Hassam, Secretary General of The World Federation said, “We are delighted to be working with Pythagoras on our CRM implementation. They clearly demonstrated their expertise during our tender process, and we are confident that their experience working in the NFP sector will give us a solution that will greatly enhances our efficiency.”
Kirsty Moors, Not for Profit Sector Lead at Pythagoras added, “We are thrilled to start working with The World Federation to develop and implement their CRM strategy. Microsoft Dynamics 365 will deliver over 85% of TWF’s requirements out-of-the-box, meaning the solution we deliver will be flexible, resilient and able to grow with TWF over time and as new requirements emerge.”
