Microsoft Launches Fundraising and Engagement for Dynamics 365 for Sales
As another step in their commitment to supporting non-profits, Microsoft has launched Fundraising and Engagement for Dynamics 365 Sales: a solution that builds on the power of Dynamics 365 and provides non-profits with key fundraising and engagement capabilities straight out of the box.
This completely free, open-source solution can be installed alongside Dynamics 365 for Sales to give non-profits the power to attract, retain and grow their donor base. It features powerful tools for tracking, managing and analysing fundraising data from across the whole organisation.
The solution is backed by Microsoft’s Common Data Model for Nonprofits and Azure, which standardises data across all applications so that it can be shared across the non-profit’s technology ecosystem in a secure and efficient way.
