Graduate Consultant – Delivery Team

Maidenhead or Solihull

We work with our clients to deliver business critical solutions and services across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Office 365, Dynamics CRM and Azure. To help take us to the next level, we’re looking for graduates with an unquenchable desire to solve problems; bright sparks who love to figure out how things work and talk their solutions through with clarity and enthusiasm.

Job in a nutshell

What makes this opportunity exciting is the chance to work with our talented teams on forward thinking projects for our clients:

  • You’ll join a passionate and knowledgeable Consulting team working on the frontline with our customers, helping understand how we can help them solve their business problems with technology solutions.

  • You’ll be responsible for understanding requirements, developing solutions, quality checking, supporting project “go live” and delighting our customers.

  • You’ll learn all about working with cutting-edge Microsoft technology within a business context.

  • You’ll learn key consulting skills and practices within both “Waterfall” and “Agile” projects.

  • You’ll be supported to demonstrate your skills through earning Microsoft accreditations.

What sets us apart

We know any service-based company is only as good as the people who work for it. That’s why we make no apologies for being so fussy with recruitment. As a result, the members of our team have an infectious passion for technology which comes across in their work.

As an independent company, we’re big enough to make an impact but small enough for you to make an impact too. We foster an ‘open door’ policy across all members of the Pythagoras team, including our Senior Management, to encourage everyone to share their experience, knowledge and ideas. We have quarterly whole company updates to share success and news from across the company, accompanied by pizza lunches, bake-offs and socials.

What sets you apart

While we don’t expect you to have all of the skills you’ll need to succeed in the role from the outset, you must be enthusiastic and determined to learn new things. Your thirst to develop and learn will be demonstrated through completion of an undergraduate degree, ideally in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field. You’ll also have a real passion for technology and have probably dabbled with some coding. You’ll have a confident attitude and excellent organisational skills.

What’s in it for you?

Competitive salary, Pension, Life Insurance, health cashback plan, gym discounts, retail benefits are the tangible benefits, but we offer so much more besides. Last, but by no means least, we’re well known for our epic summer and Christmas parties.

Sounds perfect for you? Please apply straight away and get ahead of the competition. Email your CV, with a covering letter explaining why you think you are suitable for this position to hr@pythagoras.co.uk today.

We encourage applications from individuals with disabilities and will offer an interview if you meet the minimum criteria for the job.
