Alongside formal training (including Microsoft Dynamics 365) you’ll get opportunities to shadow and work alongside our experienced consultants across a variety of projects. Once you have completed the first 12 weeks (and your first Microsoft exam) you’ll develop what you’ve learned on project with the support of your colleagues.
We’re proud at how many of our grads complete the programme and over 70% stay with us for more than 2 years.
The Pythagoras graduate journey starts with a fully-structured schedule in the opening weeks and then, as you start to find your feet, the ongoing training will dovetail seamlessly with your everyday activities.
During the first action-packed orientation week, we’ll cover off all the basics. You’ll meet some key people, including our CEO, Julian, get to know your work buddy (a previous grad who knows exactly what it feels like to be in your shoes) and start learning about everything from our exciting new product Evolve to how to book your holiday.
The first month
The rest of your first month will be made up of an intensive week-long Dynamics CRM masterclass, followed by a chance to work on your very own demo – a perfect opportunity to show us exactly what you can do.
You’ll then have the chance to get involved in a wide variety of live projects, working with many of our talented consultants who will take on the role of personal mentors for you. You may even be working from a client location, as part of the Pythagoras team.
Getting you up and running
Our aim is to have you up and running as a fully-fledged consultant or developer, delivering real value to our clients, as soon as possible.
Your ongoing career
It doesn’t stop there. We’ll continue to shape your career with ongoing training to further develop your skills and add to your value. In that sense, you could say this is one graduate programme that never really ends.
