Following Pythagoras QA Process and Setting up Azure DevOps based on the same.

Supporting all quality assurance task – test plan preparation with mentoring, test cases for customizations, extensions, configurations, and integration.

Testing releases of new or modified applications, whether CRM/Dynamics 365 or built in-house, assuring the quality of solutions by collaborating with consultant team.

Performing functional, integration and regression testing.

Documenting any defects found during the test activities and track them to resolution.

Communication of testing status and updates to the project manager and to the QA Lead.

Creating test exit summary report and release notes with mentoring for sign off into UAT.

Act as a gatekeeper to all the deliverables and show good judgement to put our clients’ needs first.

Adherence to policy, process, standards, guidelines, and best practice.

Remaining current with CRM/D365 technologies.

Remain knowledgeable of industry best practices with regards to testing and test automation.

At least 2 years of testing Dynamics CRM/ Dynamics 365 or Office 365 products.

Practical experience of test design, planning and execution.

Have a strong understanding of Software Testing techniques and processes, including test case development and execution.

Experience working in a test capacity as part of an agile team.

Experience in quality management tools, eg. Azure DevOps, HP-ALM (QC).

A strong desire for quality, and excellent attention to detail.

Be able to demonstrate a can-do, positive attitude, proactive approach to problem solving.

The ability to work independently, with the tenacity to ensure we deliver the best products we can.

Ability to work across multiple teams and projects simultaneously.

Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
