Help for Heroes
Help for Heroes utilised the capabilities of CRM to fully engage with supporters and customers
Help for Heroes provides direct, practical support to wounded, injured and sick Service personnel, veterans, and their families.
This support is provided through grants to individuals and other Service charities, capital build projects and support for life at their four Recovery Centres across the UK.
Help for Heroes required the Band of Brothers and Band of Sisters (their membership support groups for service personnel and veterans) areas of their system, to be brought to life.
Furthermore, Help for Heroes also required customisation of their system to enable information regarding activities and offers and how these campaigns have contributed to what they offer their patrons, to be clearly identified and measured.
Help for Heroes had previously installed Microsoft Dynamics CRM and required a partner with expertise in fundraising and charities to work on the next phases of the project. Pythagoras’ Not for Profit team has over five years’ experience in deploying solutions to leading fundraising and membership organisations. Help for Heroes identified with Pythagoras’ innovative solutions for Gift Aid, event management and website integration.
Help for Heroes is constantly striving to improve the service it offers both its supporters and customers. By introducing CRM across all of the operational activities of the charity and capturing the data in a single system we will be better placed to engage the right people at the right time, and work with them in their preferred way.
