As one of the leading insurance organisations in the UK, LV= wanted to build on their heritage and position in the market. They needed a new internet based customer system that staff could log into from anywhere, and could consolidate information.
This information existed across the organisation in many formats, which was needing to be pulled into one easy to access system, enabling their sales staff to better understand their broker network.
