You will have a dedicated Pythagoras project manager who will act as a liaison between teams and will ensure your project stays on track. For Agile projects, we will assign a Scrum certified Scrum Master, and for Waterfall projects you will work with a Prince 2 certified Project Manager to make sure your project is delivered on time, and to the scope that has been defined.
We have a strong ethos of configuration over code, and will always recommend this as an approach to ensure your solution is as robust and flexible as possible. We work closely with Microsoft and have early visibility of the Microsoft roadmap, so we will always make suggestions with upcoming features in mind to save cost and utilise as much out-of-the-box capability as we can.
User Adoption and Training
The key to a strong CRM system is good user adoption. We can help you make the best possible start to your roll-out by engaging with your users early, communicating the benefits of the system and training your teams on how to make the best out of new functionality.
We will work with you to understand the skills across your organisation and put together a programme to efficiently and effectively train all of your users.
