Power Apps Spotlight: Fire and Rescue
In this instalment of the series, Pythagoras and Phoenix will shine a light on the possibilities for Power Apps in Fire and Rescue.
We will take a closer look at the specific opportunities and applications of Power Apps within fire and rescue, supported by use-cases and ideas from the real world. We’ll be joined by the London Fire Brigade, who will share their journey to creating and deploying their first Power App.
By the end of the session, you will have a good understanding of the possibilities of the platform; appropriate use-cases for the sector; the licencing implications; benefits to be realised, and ways to get started.

“LFB engaged with Pythagoras to develop a prototype PowerApp to deploy within the workspace on Brigade phones. When deployed it will enabled our colleagues to route photos and videos from visits and incidents through to our image management library via a triage process. This ensures that if we choose to keep the images that they are correctly tagged and indexed, and that we are able to verify continuity of evidence where required.”
